This gal is originally a Southern California native.  However, after a head-on car crash, being a witness to two violent crimes, and receiving a gun as a present on my 35th birthday, I realized it was time to find a better place on earth to live.  So, we visited Southern Oregon

The attraction to Grants Pass, Oregon was the beauty of the land, the friendliness of the people, and the cost of living.  Oregon offers no sales tax, DMV registrations at $84.00 for two years, and affordable housing prices.  Not to mention, the simple pleasures of not having to pump your own gas... in Oregon, it's full service for everyone! 

I have often been called a real estate matchmaker.  It is probably due to the fact that my team and I work together with unique motivation and creativity, introducing eager clients to just the right property.  With the abundance of real estate opportunities in Southern Oregon, it's easy to see how invaluable a good real estate broker can be.  With our client's interest at heart, we do our homework.  When working with buyers, we research what's available in our client's price range (never going over unless given permission to do so).  We weed out incompatible matches and narrow down the search until the perfect pairing is made.  When working with sellers, our team focuses on what's important:  Attracting an abundance of buyers to the property, negotiating the best price, and closing the transaction with the least hassles.
